Select the Net Config tab to configure centralized network settings.
The Bluebeam Administrator provides a means for you to centralize your settings so they can be accessed by everyone within your organization. By centralizing, you can make a change in one network location and it will be available immediately to all users, bypassing the need to individually configure each one of their workstations.
By default, folders are not centralized. Click Defaults to restore the settings back the default local settings.
Tip: Double click on any of the folder names (the text, not the button) to open that folder in an Explorer window.
To centralize all customizable Bluebeam settings:
Select Managed Net Configuration.
Click the button and select the folder that contains the desired centralized settings or create a new folder to store your settings.
When you have selected the desired folder, the Copy all files dialog box appears.
Copy All - Copies all configurable settings into the selected folder. Use this option when the folder is being configured for the first time.
Merge - Merges any configurable settings defined on the local workstation with those currently found in the selected folder.
No Copy - Makes no change to the selected folder.
Note: To restrict users from making modifications to the shared network folder, set the folder permissions to read-only. Users will be able to point to the folder, but not be able to modify files within the folder.
To centralize some customizable Bluebeam settings:
Select Unmanaged.
Click the button beside the settings you would like to centralize and select the folder where the centralized settings are stored.
