Once the batch wizard has completed, the current batch list is shown in the Bluebeam Batch window.
There are numerous options for further configuring the batch list before it is run. The buttons on the toolbar, the menus and the right-click menus can be used to further configure the batch list. Files and output files can be added or removed. The files/documents can be reordered within the output file. Stamps can be added and the batch list can be saved.
There are several different methods of selecting files in the batch window for various circumstances.
Click the output file to select it. The output file will highlight orange and all of its associated source files will be selected and highlighted in blue.
To select multiple files, select the first file, then hold CTRL and click to select additional files.
To select a continuous range of files, select the first file, then hold SHIFT and select the last file. All of the files will be selected and highlighted in blue. Or select the first file, then hold SHIFT while pressing the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW to select additional files.
Files may be added, removed, or rearranged as needed.

The batch list can change the name and location of the output files, edit the pages of the output file, and search for a missing file.
Sometimes a file is moved after the batch list is created. You can find the file and update the batch list.
The same can be done for multiple files, as long as they are all in the same folder.
If you wish to change the page setup configuration for the conversion, you can select one of the predefined page setups or enter the Page Setup window to configure new settings. You can change the page setup for one or many files at once. Different pages setups can be defined for different source files.
The files will open and the Page Setup window will appear. This window has the same contents as the Page Setup tab in the Bluebeam Conversion Settings dialog for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
To stamp to all pages of the output file, add a Global Stamp. To stamp only the pages of the documents that are currently selected, add Selected Stamps. The defined Selected Stamps will display in the Selected Stamps column.
