When attempting to log into a Studio Session or Project you receive the following error, “The server ‘______’ does not support Windows authentication”.
The ______ in the error messages will be filled in with the URL you tried to access, e.g. studio.bluebeam.com.
This means that only part of the Studio Server whitelist setup has been completed. Please contact your IT department to have them look into this issue.
