Problem

Plugins are grayed out in the Bluebeam Administrator and can’t be selected.

Causes

The use of plugins requires a license of Revu CAD, Revu eXtreme, or an active trial of Revu. Your plugins may be grayed out because:

• Your computer has applications that are compatible with Revu plugins, such as AutoCAD or Revit, but the registered license is Revu Standard.
• Your trial of Revu has expired.

Solution

Confirm that you have a Revu CAD or Revu eXtreme license:

• In Revu 2018 and above, go to Revu > About.
• In Revu 2017 and below, go to Revu > Help.
