This can occur because the Bluebeam PDF printer is not installed or because AutoCAD is not displaying System printers. Reinstall the Bluebeam PDF printer or configure AutoCAD to display the system printers to resolve the problem.

Problem
The Bluebeam PDF printer isn’t included in the list of printers when I print from AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT.
Solution
AutoCAD has a setting to hide system printers or the Bluebeam PDF printer may not be installed.
Confirm whether or not the Bluebeam PDF printer appears in the Windows Printers list?
Click Start > Control Panel.
Click View devices and printers or Printer.
Does “Bluebeam PDF” appear in the list of printers?
Reinstall the Bluebeam PDF printer if it doesn’t appear in the Printers list.
Go to Start > All Programs > Bluebeam Software > Bluebeam Administrator.
In Windows 10 and 8.1, click or press Start and type Bluebeam Administrator.

Go to Help > Administrator in Revu.
Click the Printer tab.
Click Reinstall Printer.
Note: Click here if you have any problems installing the Bluebeam PDF printer.
Check that AutoCAD is displaying System Printers its printer list.
Start AutoCAD.
Type Options and press Enter.
Click the Plotting tab.
Clear the Hide system printers check box and click OK.
