Select Text

Select Text allows you to select chunks of text in a PDF. You can select continuous text or all the text on a page. It works on text in the content layer of a PDF.

ClosedSelecting Text

There are several ways to select text content in a PDF.

ClosedTo select continuous text
  1. Go to Edit > Select > Select Text or press SHIFT+T.
  2. Click and drag over the desired text. All text between the start and end points is selected.

ClosedTo select all text on a page
  1. Open the PDF to the desired page. This feature automatically works on the page that is currently active.
  2. Go to Edit > Select > Select All Text. All text content on the page is selected.
